Subcontractor for Site Work, Excavation and Support of Excavation, relocate utilities and installation of diffusion wells for drainage, and Concrete foundation and substructure Subcontractor Substructure work for new Five (5) floor above–ground parking garage (extension), 750 parking spaces; precast concrete superstructure (by others) on cast-in-place concrete spread footings and foundation walls.

Work included excavation, demolition of existing substructures; relocation of utilities and installation of new utilities, support of excavation with left-in-place steel soldier piles and timber lagging with two levels of grouted tie-backs; underpinning existing adjacent structures; installation of drainage structures and deep diffusion wells to facilitate drainage of perched water through discovered deep clay layers; concrete slab-on-grade, spread footings and grade beams and tie-beams, concrete foundation walls waterproofing of foundation walls; infill concrete on precast superstructure slabs; stone and select backfill; construction and removal of crane road for others; Precast block retaining wall at sheeting; site work including curbs and sidewalks and parking lot restoration.
