Building Foundation, Excavation & Concrete - Excavation included Soil and rock removal as well as working along side Archaeological Dig.

Also Demo and construction of a Tunnel over Amtrak Tracks.

Responsible to complete the foundation, which included direct coordination with Amtrak as a result of the adjacency to the active tracks. Placed protective shield around the active track and demolished overbuild built over Amtrak tracks while remaining operational. Placed 25' concrete foundation walls at the perimeter along Amtrak in addition to 12' crash walls.

Site conditions including removing rock on each site and worked alongside active tracks to install much of our work. Sties included installing deep wells to dewater and keep work area dry.
